🔧 (cargo/config.toml): enable json-target-spec flag to support custom target specs
Recent Rust nightly builds require the `json-target-spec` feature flag to use JSON target specifications. Adding this flag to the configuration allows the custom target file at `arch/triple-target/x86_64.json` to be properly recognized and used during compilation, restoring functionality that was previously broken.
